Shipping delays which occur while orders are in the care of the shipping/mailing carrier are “Out-Of-Our-Control” therefore, we provide no refunds on any such delays.
We generally ship orders within the United States via Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail.
There are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.
Buyers are obligated to complete the transactions they enter in to. If a buyer does not complete the transaction a non paying strike will occur.
The general return policy, unless otherwise noted on specific products, allows for the return of any product(s) within (30) thirty days from the delivery date of order. The customer will receive the purchase price of the item less the shipping charges, All sales after (30) thirty days of the delivery date are final. No credits or exchanges will be issued.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You have (3) three calendar days from the date you receive your order, to report any damaged or missing items.  If you find any problems with your order, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
