Having three production lines of anti-abrasive cast steel, precision castings and ductile iron castings, the company is a specific casting corporation with integration of production and scientific research.
The company is a famous supply enterprise for wear-resistant cast steel products. Its main products of “Yuanfang” Brand include four series: complex alloy steel, high or low chromium alloy cast ball and high manganese steel hammer, having more than 100 kinds of products. Moreover, chromium alloy cast ball has gained JC/T533-94 certificate. The company has made high quality fittings of automobiles and trailers, such as wheel boss, turn-tray, brake hub, etc, which have been sold to the whole country, even America and west Asia region etc. Besides, using the advanced production equipment and skills, it has produced excellent complex alloy steel castings for automobile and mine industries, etc.
Adopting the technology design of products “solidifying simulation of casting and system of technology judge”, smelting quickly and intermediate-frequently in electric furnace, production of automatic line, the company carries out an overall computerized management system. In order to meet customers’ needs, it guarantees the quality of products by using readable optical spectrometer, universal testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray detector and metallurgical microscope, etc. And the quality system of the company has won the certification of ISO 9001:2000.
In addition, the projectⅡof CIMC Huajun Casting started to build on the sep26th, 2005. This new factory district will be finished in three years, having a total investment RMB 300 million, and a new land area up 113400 sq.m. After putting into production in 2008, production capacity of the company will be increased to 100000 tons a year, and reached sale revenue RMB 1 billion. Then the company will become the first-class production base of casting and automobile parts in the domestic, even in the world.
